Applicable Law and Venue. These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, applicable to agreements made and entirely performed within the Republic of Ghana, You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the Republic of Ghana courts located in Accra, Ghana and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms.
Non-Waiver. Enforcement of the user content or conduct rules in these Terms is solely at NB1F’s discretion and NB1F’s failure to enforce any particular term of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any of NB1F’s rights hereunder.
